Security Administrator

For an industrial megaproject in the Antwerp region we are looking for a Security Administrator. Thousands of contractors, billions in investments and a site that never stands still: you keep the security administration tight, clean and correct. No two days are the same, and what you do truly matters: your accuracy keeps people safe and the project on schedule.

About the role

You work side by side with the Lead Security/ISPS Engineer and the Security Operational Supervisor, and step in as back-up for the Operational Supervisor. You are the point of contact that keeps everything running and ensures the security administration is correct down to the last detail.

What will you do?

• Manage the daily administration of the security department: planning and data in Tenforce and ACS.
• Keep the Contractor Portal and Pre-Announcement Portal up to date and screen social documents (Dimona, Limosa, A1) and VCA training certificates.
• Accurately register site access and Check-in@Work.
• Support incident investigations, training sessions, drills and reporting.
• Work closely with security guards and follow up the security services of contractors.
• Think along about improving procedures — your input counts.

What do you bring?

• A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• First experience with safety and security administration.
• Basic knowledge of ISPS, social documentation and VCA requirements.
• Fluent Dutch and a good knowledge of English.
• Strong planning, organisation and administration skills, and you enjoy working in a team.
• Knowledge of security and contractor management is a nice plus.
